WHAT IS MOTORLESS CARDIO?

Since these pieces don't have a motor, they let the user be in complete control of the intensity and challenge of their workout. Thus, our group classes can accommodate all levels of fitness.

 

Unlike typical cardio equipment  many of our dynamic cardio pieces utilize upper body strength for the aerobic workout to give you a total body workout.


WHY LOW IMPACT HIGH INTENSITY (LIHI)?

 

High-intensity ensures your heart rate reaches those fat-burning peaks way quicker and more effectively than sweating it out on one machine for an hour.


The low-impact effect keeps muscles and joints safe from injury so you can burn on a consistent basis (and come back tomorrow, and the day after without thinking twice about it.)

This full­body impact­free workout simulates the poling motions of skiing, provides aerobic and strength benefits, and also simulates a resistance similar to snow.

The Airbike uses air resistance to challenge the biker. The harder you push, pull, and pedal the greater the resistance and intensity of the workout.
