Workout days
Protein Intake=120-140grams
Carb intake=100 or less
Fat intake=minimal, under 80 grams

Non workout days
Protein 100-120grams
Carb 50 grams or less
Fat under 100 grams

Workout days
Protein 200-220grams
Carb 100 grams
Fat under 100

Non workout days
Protein 160-200
Carb 50-75
Fat under 100
