It's Time to Let That Sh*t Go

We're all guilty of holding grudges, holding onto old feelings, reliving old stories, and taking on other people's problems. 

With a new season approaching (yay for Fall!) and it being a new month, this is a great time to re-assess what things in your life are weighing you down.

It's time to let that sh*t go!!

Now, this is much easier said than done, but with some practice, and learning to prioritize what is and isn't serving you in life, you will get better at learning to let things go.

"You will find that it is necessary to let things go; simply for the reason that they are heavy."

So, now you need to find time to check-in with yourself.

Self-reflect.

Find out what things in your life are not serving you. 

Maybe it's a toxic relationship. Maybe it's taking on emotional burdens that are not yours. Maybe it's reliving old stories you tell yourself and limiting your beliefs about yourself.

Whatever it may be - tune in to yourself and see how you can let these things go.

 

Practice Yoga.

Put yourself first.

Prioritize moving and working out.

Eat to feel good.

Meditate.

Give yourself positive affirmations.

Journal.

 

These are just a few things that always help me self-reflect and really hone in on what changes I need to make in my life to feel less "heavy", literally and figuratively. 

Let's start this new season off strong together, and let things go that we don't need anymore. Who's with me?
