Burnin' by Ray 1.0 is a 48 minute, low impact high intensity interval class that pairs motorless cardio pieces with programmed video guided strength training. Sure, showing up and going through the motions will yield results. But if you want to achieve life changing results, I recommend trying one of three styles that best fits your goals. Remember - this is your personal workout within the group. 

 

Option 1 is Blast The Fat. 

This is for someone who wants to drop a few pounds and more specifically drop a few pounds of fat. The approach to this method would be as follows:

Cardio 1-10sec hard, 10sec pull back-repeat

Strength 1- heavier weight/fewer reps (8-15)

Cardio 2-10sec hard, 10sec pull back-repeat 

Strength 2-lighter weight/more reps (25+)

 

Option 2 is Tighten N Tone. 

This is for someone who wants to really change their body composition and sculpt their physique. The approach to this method would be as follows:

Cardio 1-40sec hard push

Strength 1-moderate weight/moderate reps (16-24)

Cardio 2-40sec hard push 

Strength 2-lighter weight/more reps (25+)

 

Option 3 is Pump It Up. 

This is for someone who wants to increase lean body mass and put a little extra pump in the muscles. The approach to this method would be as follows:

Cardio 1-steady state (75% effort) 40sec

Strength 1-heavier weight/fewer reps (8-15)

Cardio 2-steady state (75% effort) 40sec

Strength 2-heavier weight/fewer reps (8-15)
