What is BBR freestyle?

These are non trainer led classes where members simply follow the monitors.  Think of this as an "open gym" with a structured program.  Have you ever been to the gym on your own and had no clue what to do so you end up on the boring elliptical watching tv? We have solved that problem for you with our Freestyle class.  


How does freestyle work?

You have the option of doing the traditional BBR 1.0 style where you alternate cardio with strength or you can do all strength or all cardio.  One thing we ask is that you follow the format of staying in your block for all 4 rounds then rotate to the next block.  For example, if you're doing all cardio and start in block 7, stay there for all 4 rounds and then rotate to block 8.  This will ensure organization within class and allow all members to have a great workout.  


When is freestyle?

For the most up-to-date freestyle class offerings, please check the schedule for the studio location of your choice.  One benefit of freestyle is that we offer these classes during non-class off peak hours so you have more chances to get in your workout.  We're burning your excuses!


Who can use freestyle?

Any member who is on the ultimate experience can hop in 1.0 or 2.0 with no charge.

Any member who is on unlimited 1.0 can hop in 1.0 with no charge.

Any member who is on unlimited 2.0 can hop in 2.0 with no charge.

Any member who is on a class pack or class pack membership can hop into 1.0 or 2.0 and one class will be deducted from your account.
